In Austria most TV Sets are sold with an RF reception unit and thus liable to "GIS", a public TV licence fee. If you do not want to receive public TV you can remove the RF Unit. This is what this workwhop is about! Make your existing TV GIS free. In this workshop 1 (maybe 2 TVs) will modified.
